Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Personalized orders will be subject to our proofing process. You will receive an email with preview proof attached which must be either approved for printing or request for alterations to be made. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to this proofing email to facilitate an expected processing time for all personalized orders. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that seasonal shipping delays are to be expected during the holidays. This is not a reflection on our service so if you have a preferred shipping carrier please notify us ahead of order fulfillment.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping:
- We offer $4.85 flat rate shipping within The U.S for unframed prints (up to 7 business days in transit via USPS).
- We also offer $10.85 flat rate expedited shipping option within The U.S for unframed prints (2 days in transit via Fedex)
- We offer $14.85 flat rate shipping within The U.S for framed prints and canvases (2 to 5 business days in transit via USPS or Fedex depending on proximity to our fulfillment office in North Carolina).
- We also offer $59.98 flat rate expedited shipping option within The U.S for framed prints and canvases (2 days in transit via Fedex)
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our downtown office location;

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be proofed via email, and once approved to fulfill it will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days of that approval. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are generally 10am to 3pm on Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 12pm on Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Canada at a flat rate.
For simple flat rate shipping:
- We offer $14.95 flat rate to Canada for unframed prints (up to 14 business days in transit via USPS).
- We offer $44.95 flat rate shipping to Canada for framed prints and canvases (2 to 5 business days in transit via Fedex).
We also offer flat rate shipping to the rest of the world.
For simple flat rate shipping:
- We offer $25.00 flat rate to the rest of the world (ex Canada) for unframed prints (up to 14 business days in transit via Fedex).
- We offer $64.51 flat rate shipping to the rest of the world (ex Canada) for framed prints and canvases (up to 10 business days in transit via Fedex Standard International.
- We offer $84.97 flat rate shipping to the rest of the world (ex Canada) for framed prints and canvases (up to 5 business days in transit via Fedex Priority International.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alphabet Art Photos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at johnette@alphabetartphotos.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do accommodate shipping to P.O boxes and will go via USPS.
Incorrect Shipping Details
We ship all orders out using the shipping information supplied by the customer in the order. If incorrect shipping information is supplied (eg. old address) during checkout and the shipment is returned to us we will require a new address before shipping the item out again. We will also require additional postage fee to ship again.
