You will receive all three prints (canvas or unframed paper prints) with each one measuring the size you select through the ordering process.

Here are a few FAQs answered to help you along the way;

WHAT DO YOU PRINT ON? 

For the unframed paper print we use a professional photo paper with a luster finish (which is between a gloss and matte), with high fidelity archival inks.

The prints come unframed, and you will source those yourself... we offer standard print sizes.

For the canvas we use a quality canvas, luster finish, with high fidelity archival inks. The canvas is printed, cut, and then stretched over a USA made wooden frame.

We fasten the canvas to the frame with staples and tape the back so it looks professionally finished, and ready-to-hang!

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Generally speaking, the paper prints will go via USPS first class either securely in a padded bubble mailer, or sturdy mailing tube. The canvas orders will be shipped via UPS ground and arrive in a protected mailing box of suitable size.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We do offer a return policy and ask that you reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and must return all items in the same condition as received, and provide proof of shipping (tracking number).

Returns
Alphabet Art Photos gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged;
Gift Cards.
Custom or personalized orders ~ Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective we can't accept returns.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable);
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alphabetartphotos@gmail.com and send your item to: 401 N Main St, Suite 1B, Hendersonville, NC 28792.

If the item was a gift purchased for you then the person who made the purchase must contact us to discuss any issues and possible returns.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 401 N Main St, Suite 1B, Hendersonville, NC 28792

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be sure to provide the correct and up to date shipping address at checkout. Should an incorrect shipping address be provided and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, you the customer will be responsible for paying the item to be shipped out again. We will obtain a new mailing address from you.
